@blogdiva Hungarians are celebrating! All my left-leaning friends are extremely happy. Magyar is not a lefty, but his policies are very far from the corrupt Right, and strongly in favour of protecting vulnerable children (unlike the Right). He has massive support.

Unfortunately many older people fully believed the lies, which included claims that Ukraine was about to attack Hungary and full-scale war was imminent. Some old people were buying store food for the war, there are genuine claims of suicide due to fear of the war. Orban’s lies are unforgivable.
