maybe it would be best to have some kind of a page on values, and to put it there. idk if a ban in the ToS would be the best idea

@lumi the problem with having it in ToS is that it can be very easily abused

e.g. somebody could open a malicious PR, you'd land it because you're tired and aren't paying attention, and then they report your project

@alice yeah, it's a much more thorny thing to do

though, could have it documented that codeberg does not endorse genai and in case a project is very obviously endorsing genai, it could be kicked off after warnings
