Overview The City of Giddings is a city located within and the county seat of Lee County, Texas, associated with Routes 77 and 290. The community is firmly located within the Texas German Belt and is historically associated with the Schubert-Fletcher House as well as the Lee County Courthouse and the Lee County Arts Center. To the southwest is the Texas Wendish Heritage Museum.
