Testing out a new ios app called Synctrain (though it might also call itself Sushitrain?) which is a Syncthing client. I've been using Moebius Sync - which is ok - and interested if Synctrain is better (especially faster) in any way. First impression is that the folder selection works REALLY well and there is the ability to perform selective file syncs. Just a shame that ios doesn't allow Syncthing to run in the background.
