Welcome to Sunday 😁

Spent yesterday afternoon in the shop, on the shop floor so chatting with customers which I really enjoy!! Got home just after Mr DT who had been out canvassing again with our local #GreenParty 💚💚

Carried on with my crochet 🧶 we watched Ammonite with Kate Winslet good but very slow!!

I was woken at 3.30am with a phone call from Mum, when I answered she didn't respond, I immediately phoned the home in full panic mode! The staff member on duty said they'd go check straight away and call me back! At which point Mum called me again, by which time the staff member was with her and I could hear her telling him, she'd rung me by mistake! 🤦

Mr DT is off out canvassing again today so after my Sunday chores I will be pleasing myself 😁😁

Those phone calls in the wee hours are the worst! Thank goodness your mom was ok, but by the time you figured that out the Adrenalin was already pumping through your system. I wish you an uneventful day to recover.

I’ll see where today takes me. My weeding is done for now and the thought of curling up on the sofa with a book sounds tempting.
