@DemonHusky I wish they had put it more as well! Looked to me like they only put in half. I haven't used them yet so didn't realize they're broken??
@marywordymary not broken, but installed too close to the wall. Ideally they'd be a foot or two out more so your frame on a standard bike is more centered and for cargo bikes you get more options.
@marywordymary the old racks that are in the back of the photo have a really bad case of being too close to the wall, but you can see that many of the bikes here are struggling to get good frame contact to lock to
