We do realize that not every customer has a replacement device at home to tide them over and that it can be challenging to be without your device.

We are actually genuinely proud of our customer service. That being said, not every RMA takes 3 - 4 weeks. How long an RMA takes depends on many factors. Firstly, there is the shipping, which takes a week even within Germany for both ways. Then it depends on the problem itself. Does a part need replacing? Is it in stock?

Occasionally it takes a day or two to pinpoint the issue accurately. Surely you also want your device to be thoroughly tested after repair before it gets shipped back to you. All that takes time, and we think that to say, therefore, our customer service is terrible, is a bit unfair.
