We finally had a warm rainy day, but temps dropped quickly. It didn’t stop a a handful of spotted salamanders and wood frogs from making their way to get the vernal pool party started last night. Also saw one adult red-spotted newt out there! Activity should peak early next week with warmer, rainy days and nights.
