Apple is closing down the first of its US stores to unionize.

Apple says that because of the collective bargaining agreement with these workers, they "couldn’t offer to transfer them to nearby locations.”

The union is outraged, and exploring options to hold Apple accountable.

Wouldn't it be something if other unions such as longshoremen and teamsters started citing collective bargaining agreements as reasons they're no longer willing to unload or move Apple products.

Commercial aircraft pilots also have a good union, which I expect would be sympathetic.
