A lot of the really stupid things going on now with our country's politics and the US legal system can be traced back to this fateful 2024 decision by US district judge Aileen #Cannon who single-handedly ended the role of the federally assigned special prosecutor on purely procedural grounds. This was one of the dumbest decisions ever made by any US district court judge in this nation's history.

Also, Justice #ClarenceThomas did not really need to say anything publicly about #AileenCannon's ruling. However — since Justice Clarence Thomas is a known greedy, stupid, and highly arrogant Justice; he couldn't resist weighing in to further assist in making the Federalist Society's narrow viewpoints regarding jurisprudence more or less permanent in these contentious times.
