@jan Either in the wonderful world of microformats2 a post can’t be both a review and a read, or I have nested my `span`s and classes the wrong way around. Surely this will take off any moment now.

Moved the `p-item` out of (and at the same level as) the `h-cite`/`p-read-of`, and did the same for the `p-rating`.
