While not exactly sainted, #Cuba does have a long history of providing medical aid across the #Caribbean and South America. And Cuba has constantly had a better record on things such as infant and maternal mortality - than the US despite spending a very very small fraction of the bloated US private medical industry. Maybe the US should be asking for help?
