This is what you see: A bass recorder hooked up to an amp meant for an acoustic guitar (and microphone).
The recorder has a tiny microphone installed that picks up the sound from the inside of the instrument. It is connected to the microphone input of the amp, so I can amplify the otherwise very soft and quiet sound of the bass recorder.
