To hide Signal notifications on an iPhone (no name or content), open Signal, tap your profile icon > Notifications > Show, and select "No Name or Content".
Additionally, set iPhone Settings > Notifications > Signal > Show Previews to "Never" to prevent iOS from storing notification content
