Alright folks, the #garden #sauna project has started. First time using these „Schraubfundamente“ (screw-in foundations?). Surprisingly easy to put in, at least when using a one meter long M20 threaded bar as leverage 😁 Those things are essentially just a 80cm long and roughly 6cm wide screw with an M12 thread on the top to mount the floor joists to. I still have to cut back the rhododendron bushes a bit though to fit it all in. Also I have not yet leveled the tops of the foundation, as I‘m still figuring stuff out.
