Today's joys:

Time with littles, and seeing how lovingly they play with and care for one another.

A catch up with a metamour-always good for the soul.

Confirmation that my boundary setting in a situation was right on the money.

Cheesecake, a cup of tea and a laugh with a dear friend.

A blanket and cosy socks.

A sense of freedom and excitement, and realisation that I have advanced a bit more along my healing journey path.

New eyeliner. Black, of course.
