@cmconseils Rightly so. That's normal and should have been for ages and ages.
@cmconseils they do the same jobs than men, just get less money.
' guess we still need a step further, but not on the moon, though...

@cmconseils

Given who are leading the US now, let's hope we are not in a peak on women's rights.

Afghan women were going to the university not so long ago; now they can't even go to primary schools.

Never give anything for granted.

@cmconseils No doubt a great awareness and advancements has been achieved by women, and it is great.
@cmconseils Last time we built a Death Star, women weren’t even allowed to fuel up a TIE fighter. Now, women can pilot a TIE fighter, serve as Death Star Laser Engineer, and even become Grand Inquisitor! We’ve come a long way, baby!
@cmconseils I do understand that the world isn't perfect yet and that there's still stuff left to do - but I am really happy that we came quite a long way in what amounts to just one generation.
@cmconseils Now if we could only get them elected to run the world
Some of them I wouldn't let them run a countryside parish council... I mean, every other far-right leader in europe is a woman, give or take.

@cmconseils

They are the women. Your space program has been assimilated. Resistance was futile.

@cmconseils Last time they went to the moon, there was not Roe v. Wade. This time, oh, we don't have it either.

@cmconseils

The Feminist Mystique was released in 1969, and the first lunar landing was 1969.

This was a long time coming.

@cmconseils I can absolutely recommend the film "hidden figures". And read about Margret Hamilton.

I don't want to contradict your message. Just fits to the topic. Women were there, but pushed to the background.

@cmconseils I love this.

Science.

s/couldn't/weren't allowed to/

@cmconseils MAGA is working hard to reverse this.
@cmconseils The progress is excellent. Now I wish nobody could get credit cards.
@cmconseils and yet women were on that mission.
@cmconseils @wjmaggos Both inspiring and also... sad it's been so long. Thankful to this incredible crew that inspire us all... Ad Astra per Aspera!
@cmconseils that's certainly great progress, but one thing is certainly worse: the last time they went to the moon, mission control consoles looked way cooler. Cheap Dell screens with a tangle of wires beneath them? They don't make 'em like they used to. 😭
