Per l'anarchico Alfredo Cospito si prospetta una proroga del regime del 41 bis, il carcere duro a cui è sottoposto da due anni in virtù di un decreto ministeriale che scadrà il 4 maggio prossimo. Secondo fonti di governo, l'intenzione è quello di prorogare la misura.
Nessun atto è stato ancora formalizzato, viene precisato, ma nelle prossime settimane dovrebbe concludersi l'istruttoria per verificare la persistenza dei presupposti per la detenzione al 41 bis.
Il tutto giunge al ridosso dell'annunciata manifestazione organizzata dagli anarchici a Roma, nel quartiere San Lorenzo, per il prossimo 18 aprile.
