great news indeed even if it's not all french admin yet. it's a move in all the systems, yes, at a growing pace, but this time it's only the DINUM (digital agency of the government), who announces a big push in this direction; which push is highly needed as the Ministry of Education just renewed a four year contract with Microsoft..
