@mwichary any idea what View/Fault Reset did? seems like a bad idea to combine SysRq with another option

@spinnyspinlock I think it might be a thing you do where you try to submit a form and you have an error. On a lot of IBM terminals this was just called RESET and positioned opposite ENTER, but it’d be a different RESET than say one on an 8-bit Atari.
