~meoralis~Yeah, I think it's a known issue that boosting on Pixelfed doesn't actually do anything. 🥲 It's really only useful if you're also on Mastodon and have lots of followers there AFAIK 🤔

Yeah, I think so. I follow myself on Mastodon, and whenever I boost a Pixelfed post (by accident), I see it appear in Mastodon. But since I only have about 4 or 5 followers – who also see me on Pixelfed anyway – there's really no point for me personally 😅
People on other platforms who follow your pixelfed account will see the boost/reblog. It doesn't matter how many followers you have on mastodon 🙂
