Because it's worth repeating:

Addressing, talking and writing about trans* people with their chosen names and pronouns is not "being nice" or doing them "a favour". It is basic decency.

Refusing to do so when you disagree with them, or even when they are a piece of shit or a nazi, says more about your trans*hate than about your reasons for disliking them.
