OMFG WHY can't my dr's office figure out how to request the freaking GENERIC!?

I've been fighting (this round) off and on for three months now to get this straightened out after my insurace changed, and FOR SOME REASON, my Dr's office can't figure out how to operate their prescription portal, so I keep getting slapped with $1.5K copays for a drug that should be a copay of $10.

HOPEFULLY we've now got it straightened out from the insurance side, but WTAF....
