@nominom I might be mistaken but isn't Element server software (synapse mainly) dual licensed under AGPL and their own proprietary license? The government may be willing to open source their components in AGPL, right?

TTBOMK, Synapse is #AGPL3, but Synapse Pro is proprietary. The #Rust source code is not available, at least I was too stupid to find it 🙂
