I don't feel I can trust any report of protests in Russia.
I want to believe.

Dagestan (and Chechnya) is pretty much the only part of Russia I could see actually break away if the Muscovite empire collapses, though. But not really believing it unless we see Putin die and two oligarch factions go to open civil war.
