Strange, somehow I don't remember whole teams coming down with a "nasty bug" back in 2019.

I wonder what changed?

Last year too, there was a point early in the season where they almost had to forfeit games because they couldn't field a team of 9. In order not to, several players had to play while they were "very sick".

Again, it was just a just called "nasty bug".
