In response, the Pope cancelled his planned US visit. This is not normal, and builds on Hegseth’s oft reported anti-Catholic bigotry. smh

Tl:dr Even the Pope appears unsafe from the clutches of Trump’s fascism.

@QasimRashid The evangelicals are all freaking out that conservative Catholicism is on the rise. They are petrified Catholics will become the dominant christian sect. Like truly petrified. Even though there is like 2cm of daylight between the two religions, they do NOT want to be second fiddle, because they find that its great to be the boss of everyone else.
