BREAKING: After the ceasefire, Israel today bombed Lebanon and killed another 100 people. Citing the breach Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz.

A reminder that Israel has broken the Gaza ceasefire hundreds of times with impunity and without consequence. And now they breach this ceasefire.

If any other nation invaded a sovereign nation and killed hundreds of civilians the USA would condemn it. But with Israel they defend it. This isn’t justice. This is literally how world wars begin.

Seems like an appropriate time to remind people of these words by Samuel Huntington:“The West won the world not by the superiority of its ideas or values or religion […] but rather by its superiority in applying organized violence. Westerners often forget this fact; non-Westerners never do.”
