I believe there are two solutions we should be pressing our 'leaders' to implement:

1) There needs to be a limit on how much a person can borrow in their lifetime with any borrowing beyond this taxed as income. I'd set the limit at 5 times the median house cost (that way regular folk won't be affected but billionaires will)

2) There needs to be a limit on how much you can inherit. I'd set it at 2 times the household median income divided by 3%. In Canada this would allow inheritances of up to $4,560,000 before inheritance taxes kick in. Again it will have virtually no affect on the vast majority but will significantly affect wealth hoarding billionaires.
