#ArchLinux got #Gnome 50 and now I have this problem again, because xwayland-native-scaling is no longer an experimental feature.
Setting
gsettings set org.gnome.mutter.wayland xwayland-scaling-factor 1 made xwayland apps scaled with proper size and blury. And cursor is huge when hovered over headerbar. 😀
