The Newberry Library in Chicago is looking for volunteers to transcribe its collection of handwritten materials, including letters by Sherwood Anderson, Clarence Darrow, and Eugene V. Debs:
🧦🍲 natalie 🌧️🧣@tidmarsh I do! It's wild to me that my kid can't read cursive or is particularly interested in having good handwriting. I tried to teach him, but he was so resistant that I thought it was a good place for him to learn the consequences of being a negative, stubborn asshole.
