.@sixcolors Great write up! Glad to hear others are having similar issues with newsletters/rss feed. I wrote a little python script gives me headlines of rss feeds and links to them so i can read them. I check it once a day, and it only pulls the last 24 hours. Really helped with the "chore feeling"

@sixcolors In my case, I use different apps for different feeds.

Tapestry, for things I don’t need to treat like an inbox;

NetNewsWire, for things I do;

News portals for getting what’s happening in the world, generally.

Usually in that order, but NNW is getting the short straw when things are hectic. Also, I may need to trim/muffle some things in Tapestry.
