“Consciousness,” is the new word for people thinking they’re different from every other animal, and it goes into all the sentences “divinity,” used to be in. Plus there is tons of shit we are not fucking conscious of, so to “have consciousness,” doesn’t seem to mean anything - what, you’re aware of some things? What a miracle!
