How can you make foundations with hemp? You can make composite, wood like material from hemp; but I'm not aware of anything that can be used structurally like 2x4 s. (Also not loving the AI illustration).
@robloblaw I am not an expert in hempcrete, but I can tell you that you can build an entire house out of hempcrete except the foundation. The foundation must be concrete. I also hate AI slop so I am going to replace my original picture with an article detailing hempcrete's amazing insulating qualities.

Nothing structural can be hempcrete. For new builds, it it mostly timber framed (the structure), hempcrete insulated.
You can do hempcrete floors and ceilings (still need timber trusses). The mix is different for walls vs ceilings vs floors. Hempcrete roofs are heavy, so need more timber as structure. Better to use help batts, or other less heavy insulations.
There is a US company making hempwood (non structural), but that's a niche product ATM.
