@maudenificent readings’re usually pretty good with preorders, tho i read something a while ago that put them in a bit of shadow. the paperback’re good too tho i’ve only ever collected, dunno if they deliver or no

seems it won’t be easy to get a copy in time for the birthday lunch next week, so by the time i make my next trip to mornington, farrels will probably have it in stock…

i don’t normally buy presents for occasions, usually just if i see something and think “oh, X would love this”, so for now i’m happy just to be able to plan ahead…, and to think i might be able to spark a little joy
