To clarify, Iran states it will share the Strait of Hormuz tariff with Oman and funds raised from these tariffs will be used to help fund infrastructure repairs caused by the criminal actions of US and Israel.

Apparently many non US allied countries who pay for cargo ie oil with the RMB are not being tolled or tolled to the same extent.
