I just noticed that (1) the new Canadian NDP leader is on mastodon ( @avilewis ) but also (2) that he is following me on here???

Are they doing server hacks to engage with as many people as possible, or does Mr. Lewis want to talk tech?

If it's the latter, please HMU!

@hub @avilewis I'm assuming I'm in the top 2.8k Canadian mastodon accounts by some metric or there are server hacks that allow this kind of mass following :/

@purpleidea @avilewis they have been following me. On day 1. Never got a reply. It's a write only account.

The thing is their server is at risk for other reasons.
