I know the world feels scary in a lot of ways, right now.
If that is happening inside of your body, spend the energy of fear on dreaming of what you would do if the scary world calms down and the world opened a path to do anything you want. Anything at all.
And fuqing WRITE IT DOWN. βοΈ
Or I guess you could do the tired, old, boring thing that everyone always does, and let the fear attack your body, instead. I dunno why we are taught to do that. π€
