My comment in @nzz.ch on the cyber/information operation accompanying the strikes on Iran. Sending push messages via the Badesaba app - a popular prayer times app – is a remarkable action. Far more effective than dropping leaflets from planes. The message reaches people through a channel that enjoys high trust, is frequently used, and is embedded in daily life. This gives it enormous credibility.
