I've got a bunch of fun projects to share soon, here's the first: "Forever Peanuts."

Styrofoam peanuts never do seem to go away, do they? So I thought it would be nice to make them even more permanent.

I melted E-waste hard drive cases and household waste to make these lost-foam aluminum peanuts during our last Otis Street Arts Project aluminum pour.

They will debut in "Future Finds" at Bathers Library in Oakland CA, opening 1/17 5-8PM. https://futurefinds.cargo.site/

Different but reminding me of Nancy Pearce's bronzes. I own one of hers

Similar volume, but much less heft than my bronze microcassette. Also, the peanut is unsigned, while the bronzes have her initials.

No, correct that, the peanut is signed, but a little hard to see
