Does anybody have a dustpan that you can actually push the dust into without just forming a nice line of dirt on the floor?

i always found it highly dependent on the brush too. i did have a lovely set with a metal dustpan and a brush made of ... something? but that was years ago.

it had a rubber strip along the edge to stop it upsetting the floor, but it worked beautifully with the brush. which was quite soft. some natural fibre but i can't remember what. black with a wooden handle.

if it was, it was ethically gathered; it was from a super eco site. possibly something veggie ...
