The franchise Star Trek has always been an effective mirror to discuss issues with our society in a re framed narrative. In one of these stories, they address the topic of sacrificing the freedom of a small group in order to better serve the greater good.

The country of Iran has 93 million people. The current sitting US president is talking about eradicating them. The estimated number of civilian deaths during World War 2 was approximately 55 million. The people with the power to prevent this are choosing to stand by and watch.

How many people does it take before it becomes wrong?
