Nuke every nearby national capital, friend or foe.
Europe, Turkey, Egypt, fuck it.
That’s been their nuclear doctrine since they’d had nukes, which is roughly the 1970s.
BTW, they learned how to build nukes, in part, via stealing nuclear material from the US.
