Although it really has taken over part of the garden, I have been loving forsythia lately. Such a happy colour! As it has finished flowering, I've cut back quite a bit yesterday to allow the berry bushes underneath some space. I've put a ton of cuttings into water and a couple directly into soil to see if they'll grow roots. As per usual I did it without first looking up the proper way to propagate forsythia, so we'll see how it goes😂
