@arstechnica nothing new at all. Been doing this for MONTHS if not longer. Funny thing. I had to build a new server last year. Got this supposed 'enhancement' (no choice). Haven't seen anything special. Because it's a giant SCAM. As if a chip can do anything without a board, OS and other things. But sure .. a piece of plastic and metal can learn for itself: just like HDDs from #Seagate which are supposedly '#AI' enhanced. Motherboards are also this. Almost everything is. It's daftly insane.
