"Beginning of Spring: East wind thaws the ice. Dormant insects stir beneath the soil. Fish rise beneath thinning ice bearing fragments of winter.

In the autumn of 2025, we journeyed from the southeastern coast to the hidden landscapes of the southwest of China, completing a long tour called Sonic Pilgrimage. It was an outward expedition, connecting with the earth and exploring the possibilities of sound. The most precious gift this journey gave us was a clear conviction: Never stop the exploration of the true self.

Now, the Year of the Crimson Horse and Blood Goat has arrived, filled with trials and transformative revelations. Time no longer feels linear, boundaries grow increasingly blurred, and the currents of the external world swirl with growing intensity, where history and prophecy tangle under grand narratives. It is the time to build spiritual arks for ourselves.

Beginning of Spring marks the start of the solar cycle, the first strand of vitality breaking through the ice. The EP "Marisa Cinta Musica" emerges now as the "first grain", forged by our companions of Sonic Pilgrimage, Bliz Nochi & Marisa Lia, who participated the whole journey. They infused the soul of ethnic roots into a warm body woven from downtempo and indie rock.

We also invited another pioneering companion from the tour, AmuAmu, along with our longtime friends Matija & Richard Elcox and Thommie G, to create three distinctly different remixes. From varying temporal and spatial perspectives, they trace divergent yet captivating paths for this emerging energy grain, allowing sounds rooted in the earth to pulse with new dimensions of life within contemporary rhythms.

This EP is the first fruit offered after our shift from “outward journeying” to “inward rooting.” It signals that our path has entered a new chapter: from mapping the soundscapes of geography to surveying the bloodstream of civilizations; from collecting distant echoes to awakening our shared genetic memory."
