Growth was happening — just not fast enough to get the business where it needed to be. I was honest about that. We parted ways.
Grateful for the opportunity and a team I genuinely loved working with.
I grew up in a small Spanish town — bricklaying summers, coding at night, losing in sport and coming back with better homework.
This is just more homework.
