Three things I check before touching a WordPress site:

1. Error logs (wp-content/debug.log)
2. Server resource usage (CPU, memory, disk I/O)
3. Plugin change history (who last updated what and when)

Most fixes are found in the first 60 seconds of these three checks. The rest is just debugging. #WordPress #WebDevelopment
