I haven't been to the UK in a few years, but dear god, costs have exploded, haven't they?

I put the numbers together for the tickets of the three day conference I was planning to join, the trip, the AirBnB I would stay at, the visa & ETA (another new thing you have to have), and food and I come to about €1000.

For five days all in all.

It's an interesting conference, but this might just not be feasible.
