REVISED PLANS: Extell Hudson Waterfront LLC, which is in the midst of constructing its project on Riverside Drive is asking the city to allow it to eliminate two of the approved seven buildings in the project and instead build a 35-story tower and a separate garage.

BUILDING HIGHER: The previously approved 20-story building was to contain up to 291 apartments....
